Ajet Lost 4 Cabin Bags Cologne Riyadh - Compensation Claim

I travelled with my family on Ajet on 18 December 2025 on flights VF90 and VF213 from Cologne to Riyadh under the group booking number 3ECBLR. We had four cabin baggage items in total for myself and my children, Iqbal F***, Zayan F***, Aymen F*** and Ali H***. All four cabin bags were lost during this journey. I opened a claim in Riyadh for this issue under case ID 2500113495. After 72 days, only one cabin bag was returned to me via the lost and found office at Cologne Airport. The returned cabin bag is damaged, and the other three cabin bags are still completely missing. Despite the long time that has passed and my open claim, the situation has not been resolved. In total, the value of the four cabin bags and their contents is approximately 2,400 euros. I request that Ajet compensate me for the full amount of 2,400 euros for the three missing cabin bags and the one damaged cabin bag, and provide a clear explanation about the status of my remaining baggage and the handling of my claim.
