AJet Extra Baggage Purchase Failure Due To System Error

I had a flight with AJet Airlines on 23 May 2026 with reservation code 44BZZO, flight number VF45, seat number 20F, and ticket number 2042453301600. Before my trip, I wanted to purchase additional baggage allowance under more favorable conditions. However, I was unable to complete the transaction because your system rejected the payment on the grounds that the name on my passport and the name on the credit card I intended to use did not exactly match. This situation arose entirely due to a system restriction, and there was no fault or error on my part. In order to resolve the issue and prevent any inconvenience, I attempted to contact the relevant support channels, but I did not receive any effective assistance or solution, and the problem could not be resolved before my flight. As a result, I was unable to purchase the baggage allowance in advance and was forced to pay an additional EUR 50 baggage fee at the airport. I was negatively affected both financially and in terms of customer experience due to a system-related restriction that was beyond my control. Due to this inconvenience, I kindly request a refund of the additional EUR 50 that I was required to pay at the airport for baggage. Otherwise, I would like to state that I reserve my right to pursue all available legal remedies and to submit a complaint to the relevant authorities under applicable consumer protection laws.
