Ajet Diverted My Flight Without Clear Explanation

We purchased three tickets from Ajet for the flight with PNR number 2HB9EE, scheduled for September 10, 2025. The flight was supposed to depart from Ankara at 19:55 and arrive in Erzurum at 21:15. However, due to bad weather, the plane landed in Elazığ instead of Erzurum. Strangely, while our flight couldn’t land, another flight from Istanbul scheduled at the same time was able to land in Erzurum. When we asked Ajet staff at the airport for information, they had no clear answers. How can a company be this irresponsible? What right do you have to leave passengers in such a difficult situation?
