Ajet Airlines Review: No Ticket Change for Weather-Canceled Flight

I had a Pegasus Airlines flight from Istanbul to Sivas scheduled for tomorrow at 20:15, but it was canceled due to weather conditions. My return flight on February 9 at 15:30 was with Ajet Airlines, and since I can’t travel to Sivas, I wanted to either cancel or change my return ticket.

However, when I contacted Ajet customer service, they told me that this situation is not their concern and that they won’t offer any changes or refunds. How does this make sense? The cancellation was completely out of my control due to weather conditions, yet Ajet refuses to provide a solution.

At the very least, they should offer a rescheduling option instead of forcing customers to lose their tickets. This lack of customer support is unacceptable! I expect Ajet to rectify this issue immediately.
