AJet Delays and Staff Mistreatment Caused Missed Connection and Passenger Stress

I’m incredibly frustrated with AJet’s ongoing delays and disrespectful treatment of passengers. Every flight seems to be either delayed without proper explanation or blamed on the usual excuse of “technical issues,” leaving passengers stuck waiting inside the plane for over an hour. It’s become a pattern, and it’s completely unacceptable.
Today, I arrived 45 minutes before departure to drop off my bag, but they refused to accept it, saying I was a few minutes late—yet it was their inefficient check-in process and long lines that caused the delay in the first place. Inside the plane, we were again made to sit and wait for an extra hour without information.
It’s currently 11:00 AM, and I’ve already missed my connecting flight due to AJet’s disorganization. On top of that, AJet staff speak rudely to passengers, even shouting at people, and spend more time badmouthing Pegasus than assisting customers.
