On March 29, 2025, my flight that was supposed to depart at 14:55 ended up being delayed for 3 hours. It was incredibly frustrating to watch another AJet flight, set to leave just half an hour after mine, take off right on schedule while we were left in the dark, waiting without any clear communication. This delay caused me to miss important meetings that I had scheduled ahead of time. I truly cannot believe how this situation was managed. Lack of transparency, poor communication, and no attempt to address the inconvenience experienced. It seemed as though our time was insignificant. Following this experience, I feel uneasy about purchasing tickets from AJet. They really need to step up and take accountability for the way these delays affect passengers.
