Ajet Damaged My Rozanna Suitcase Wheel And Paid Less




After my flight with Ajet on October 12, 2025, I discovered that the wheel of my Rozanna brand suitcase was completely broken when I collected my luggage at Sabiha Gökçen Airport. This is the first time I have experienced such an incident, and the replacement cost of my luggage is approximately $595. I immediately reported the issue at the airport, and an official report was filed. Due to this damage, I faced serious difficulties in transportation and was left without a usable suitcase. I contacted Ajet customer service in writing regarding the matter. However, the compensation offer of $36 they provided is far below the actual value of my suitcase and the inconvenience I have suffered. This offer is completely unacceptable and does not resolve my grievance. Despite my objection, no improvement has been made. I request fair compensation that reflects the true value of my suitcase and expect a solution-oriented approach to my case.
