Ajet Damaged My Brand-New Suitcase and Denied Responsibility

On September 23, shortly after my flight from Ercan to Sabiha Gökçen, I discovered that the wheel of my brand-new Benetton suitcase had been broken. I noticed the damage while loading the luggage into my car, after it had been transported with the airport’s baggage cart. I immediately reported the issue through Ajet’s online form and attached photos clearly showing the damage. However, I was informed that no action could be taken because no official report had been filed at the airport. As a result, my claim was rejected under file number 2500082901. The PNR code of my flight is 347QA9. Although my suitcase is still under warranty, I was told that damages caused during handling are not covered. In the past, I had a similar experience with another airline and was compensated with the full current value of the suitcase. Since I have another flight scheduled on Monday, I urgently request reimbursement for the cost of my suitcase. I expect Ajet to handle passengers’ belongings with greater care and to resolve this matter promptly so that my grievance is addressed without further delay.
