Ajet Damaged My Luggage and Refused to Provide a Replacement

On December 27, 2024, I flew with Ajet from Ankara to Şanlıurfa. Upon arrival at Şanlıurfa GAP Airport, I discovered that my luggage was damaged. When I reported this to the Damaged-Baggage section, a report with the number GNYVF10917 was issued. However, I was informed that they couldn't provide a replacement suitcase due to the lack of spare luggage. The same staff member told me that I could get a new suitcase at any airport without returning the broken one, using the report number. The following day, on December 28, 2024, after my return flight from Şanlıurfa to Ankara, I reported to the Damaged-Baggage section at Ankara Esenboğa Airport. However, the staff member there, who appeared to be in his 50s, was completely unhelpful and dismissive. He rudely said, "There’s never been spare luggage in Şanlıurfa; we can't provide one here either. Just send an email or create a record," essentially brushing us off. I then created a record with the number 2400006561 and sent an email. However, it has been over five business days, and I have yet to receive any response. Ajet is truly an airline I would not recommend. I have given them multiple chances, but I will not do so again. If you damage passengers' luggage, you should compensate them. If you can’t, then don’t damage their luggage in the first place. It’s as simple as that. No one deserves to be left stranded with plastic bags because of your negligence.
