Ajet Damaged My Suitcases and Their Website Keeps Giving Errors for Claims

On 07/02/2025, I flew from Germany to Turkey, and both of my suitcases were damaged, with broken handles and dents. I have been trying to upload the necessary information on the Ajet website, but the system keeps giving errors. When I call customer service, they tell me to apply online, but I have no idea how to apply through a website that doesn’t work properly. It feels like they are making things difficult just to avoid paying for the damage. I handed over my luggage in good condition, and they charge high flight fees, yet there’s no effort to resolve problems when they arise. I expect my grievance to be resolved; otherwise, I will pursue legal action. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
