AJet Changed My Ankara–London Flight and Now Wants Extra Payment Before Ticketing

I booked a round-trip direct flight from Ankara to London with AJet, only to receive a notification that my flight was canceled due to "operational reasons." Without giving me much choice, they rescheduled my route through Istanbul instead. I accepted the new flight option and had already made full payment, thinking everything was sorted.
However, just two days before my departure, I checked and saw that no ticket had been issued, and now I’m being told I have to pay an additional fee to complete the booking. This is unacceptable. I did everything correctly—paid on time, accepted the changes—and yet AJet is causing last-minute stress and financial strain.
Why am I being penalized for changes that you made, AJet? I demand you issue my ticket immediately without charging me again. This last-minute disruption is not only unfair, it’s completely unprofessional. Fix this now and respect your paying customers.
