Ajet Flight Cancelled Without Proper Rebooking and Costs Me Extra

On January 19, 2026, I had a flight with Ajet scheduled for 5:35 AM from Istanbul to Ordu. Because of the snow, this flight was canceled, but I was rebooked onto a new flight that was completely inappropriate and on a meaningless date. Because of this, my entire plan was canceled, and I suffered significant inconvenience. I also had a return flight on the same reservation scheduled for 10:40 AM on January 22, 2026, from Ordu to Istanbul. I purchased one of my tickets with İş Bankası reward points through the Erka Turizm agency and the other through the Ajet app. When the flights were canceled, and I requested a free date change, I was charged more than $55 in additional fees for each ticket. I do not accept being reassigned to an unsuitable date after the airline canceled a flight, and then being charged extra to change it. I want my grievance resolved urgently and my tickets rebooked to my requested suitable dates without any additional charges.
