Ajet Airlines Review: My Luggage Was Damaged on Return Flight

We booked our round-trip family flight to Antalya with Ajet Airlines, and everything went smoothly on the way there. However, on our return flight, we received our suitcase completely broken at baggage claim. Not only was it damaged, but it also had visible impact marks, as if it had been thrown or mishandled.

I wanted to file a complaint at the airport, but unfortunately, I couldn’t because the police near my pickup area didn’t wait for me to handle the issue. This is the first airline that has completely ruined my luggage, despite years of frequent travel.

I expect Ajet Airlines to take responsibility and compensate me for the damage. This level of service is completely unacceptable!
