Ajet Broke the Pull Handle of My Suitcase and Blamed Me Despite Clear Evidence

On December 14, when I handed over my intact suitcase at Sabiha Gökçen Airport to fly to Ercan Airport with Ajet, I received my suitcase with its pull handle broken upon arrival. The company claims that the damage occurred before the trip, but I do not accept this explanation. I request that the security camera footage from 12:00 to 13:30, covering the baggage handling process, be reviewed, as I am certain I handed over my suitcase in perfect condition. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, as I now have to replace my damaged luggage. It was clearly damaged during handling! I will never fly with Ajet again and would not recommend the airline to anyone.
