I purchased a one-month subscription from Aithor.com on December 9, 2024, which was set to expire on January 9, 2025. Before the renewal date, I contacted customer support through the website to confirm that I did not want to renew. However, I never received a response.
On January 15, I noticed that Aithor automatically charged my virtual card and upgraded my license to Pro without my consent. When I emailed support again, they responded by saying that they can renew subscriptions whenever they want unless I manually cancel.
This is unethical and unacceptable. Aithor, I demand an immediate refund! Has anyone else experienced this issue? Stop unauthorized charges!
