Airbnb Transaction Failed but Credit Card Still Charged
On the night of February 11, I attempted to rent a home through the Airbnb website. During the payment stage, $109 was charged to my credit card, but the system still showed the message “payment not received,” and my reservation was not completed. The Airbnb reservation/reference code for the transaction is HMRXHNHWWT.
Because the money was charged to my card but the payment does not appear in the system, I have been left in a difficult situation. Even though I reported the issue to Airbnb, I have not received any response or assistance so far.
I request that the $109 charged to my credit card be refunded to me as soon as possible and that the inconvenience I experienced be properly addressed.
