How Can I Reverse Unauthorized Charge on My Airbnb Booking for Non-Stayed Dates
I rented an Airbnb property from October 30 to November 1, but on November 7, an unauthorized charge was made to my card for the same property where I didn’t stay. This charge was made without my knowledge or consent.
I’ve tried contacting Airbnb customer service to resolve this issue, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone who can address my concern. It is unacceptable to be charged for a stay I didn’t book or use.
I am requesting an immediate review of this payment and a full refund to my card. Airbnb needs to ensure such errors are avoided in the future and provide accessible customer support to address issues like this promptly.
