Airbnb Promised a $236 Refund at Cancellation but the Money Never Arrived

I made an accommodation reservation on Airbnb in Urla for May 25–27, totaling approximately $238. I later canceled the reservation through the platform on May 23. The cancellation screen clearly displayed that a refund of approximately $236 would be issued to me.
Despite this, the amount has not been credited to my account. I reached out to Airbnb customer service during this time but received no response, leaving me with no idea where my money is or what stage the process is at.
I am requesting that the $236 refund displayed at the time of cancellation be deposited into my account as soon as possible, along with a clear explanation of why this process has taken so long.
