Airbnb Host Canceled Last Minute for Higher Offer

I booked a house on Airbnb, but just two days before our trip, the host canceled. It turns out the host canceled because they rented the house to someone else for a higher price. This completely ruined our plans, as everything was arranged around this specific accommodation. To make matters worse, Airbnb refunded the service fee to my card twice, adding to the confusion. This was my first experience with Airbnb, and it has left a really negative impression. I expected more reliability from such a well-known platform. Airbnb needs to ensure hosts don’t do this and handle these situations better. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly!
