Airbnb Charged My Card but Never Created My Reservation

On May 22, 2026, while trying to make a reservation through Airbnb, approximately $17 was charged from my account via Ziraat Bank. However, my reservation was never created and the payment did not appear in the Airbnb system. During the transaction, I did not receive any error message or warning notification. Despite this, the money appears to have been withdrawn from my account while my accommodation booking was never confirmed.

I request that the approximately $17 charged from my account be refunded to me as soon as possible and that I receive a clear explanation regarding the reason for this transaction error and failed reservation process.
