I Bought Airalo Greece 2GB eSIM but QR Code Shows Invalid and Doesn’t Work

I purchased a 2GB eSIM package valid for 15 days from Airalo to use on the island of Samos, Greece (Order No: 62358907). However, when I tried to activate the eSIM by scanning the provided QR code, I immediately received the error message: “This code is no longer valid.” Because of this, I have been unable to activate or use the service at all. The issue has now persisted for two full days.
I reached out to Airalo customer service, but I have not been able to get through to a real representative, nor was any effective solution offered. I paid for the package, yet I have been left without service during my travels. My device is an iPhone 15, and I have already tried re-scanning and reinstalling without success.
I request that Airalo either send me a new valid QR code so I can actually use the 2GB package I paid for, or process a full refund immediately. It is unacceptable to charge customers for a service that cannot even be activated, and Airalo must resolve this matter urgently.
