I Report Airalo App Login Failure on iPhone 15 Pro in Turkey

I have been unable to log in to the Airalo app on my iPhone 15 Pro while in Turkey for the past two days. The app keeps loading endlessly without opening, and I cannot access any of its features.

To troubleshoot, I already tried:

Deleting and reinstalling the app

Restarting my iPhone

However, the issue still persists, and I am completely unable to use my account. My account is registered under the email address: m***********@gmail.com**.

This situation has left me unable to manage my eSIM or use the services I paid for. I urgently request that this problem be resolved as soon as possible so that I can regain access to my account and continue using Airalo without interruptions.
