Airola Internet Package Won’t Connect to Mobile Data, No Support Provided

I purchased an internet package from Airola, but despite setting it up, I couldn’t connect to mobile data at all. I contacted their WhatsApp support line, but they couldn’t resolve the issue and kept putting me on hold. This is incredibly frustrating, as I have no idea how long I’m expected to wait for a solution.

This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with Airola. I also faced problems with another package I bought previously, which I couldn’t even activate. Airola, I demand a refund for this purchase since your service doesn’t work as advertised. Your support system and service reliability need significant improvement. Please address this issue and process my refund immediately.
