I Paid for 3GB on Airola eSIM but It Didn’t Work in Northern Cyprus
I had previously used Airola eSIM in Northern Cyprus without any problems, so I confidently purchased a 3GB package again. However, this time it didn’t work at all. I barely got any signal, and even when it did show up briefly, I couldn’t connect to the internet.
I reached out to customer service, but they were incredibly slow to respond. Instead of offering a quick solution, they kept asking for unnecessary screenshots over and over again. After wasting over 24 hours on back-and-forth messages, I finally gave up and requested a refund.
What I got instead was a partial refund with the explanation that I had only used 0.13GB. That’s impossible—I couldn’t even connect! It’s outrageous to penalize the customer when the service itself failed. I feel scammed. Airola, either deliver what you advertise or refund people fully when your product doesn’t work.
