Airalo 10GB eSIM Not Working After Activation
I purchased 10 GB Airalo eSIM packages for use in Türkiye (Istanbul) and Norway today, but I have not been able to use them at all. After installing the eSIMs, they simply do not work and I cannot use mobile data as expected. I am currently in Türkiye and trying to use the eSIMs here, but the service is not active and I cannot benefit from the data I paid for. I attempted to contact Airalo support through the app, but I have not received any response so far, which has made the situation even more difficult while I am traveling. I kindly request that my eSIM packages be fixed and activated as soon as possible so that I can use the 10 GB data I purchased both in Türkiye and Norway without further problems.
