I purchased an Airalo Turkey unlimited data for 3 days eSIM on Sunday, 24 May at around 4 p.m. UK time, but after activating it the eSIM has not worked at all. I am currently in Turkey and, despite following the activation steps, I cannot use any data and the connection never becomes functional. In addition to the eSIM not working, I am also unable to access the Airalo app because it shows a “TLS connection error” and does not let me in. Since I cannot access the app, I have not been able to contact Airalo customer support or manage the eSIM from within the app, which has left me without the service I paid for during my trip. Because the eSIM has never worked and I have had no way to get support through the app due to the TLS error, I request a full refund for the Turkey unlimited 3‑day package.
