I Face Severe Luggage Damage With Air Albania Flight To Adana Çukurova Airport
On August 25th at 04:00, after completing my flight from Albania to Turkey with Air Albania, I discovered that my suitcase was severely damaged upon arrival at Adana Çukurova Airport. The two front wheels of my luggage were completely missing, and several areas of the case showed heavy deformation. Since my suitcase is unbranded, this damage has rendered it entirely unusable. My trip was organized through Jolly Tur.
Immediately at the airport, I filed a damage report, yet more than 15 days have passed without any response from the airline or the tour operator. I should also note that this is not the first time I have faced a similar problem, but the extent of damage this time is far more serious.
Because my suitcase is now unusable, I am requesting compensation for its value. I kindly urge Air Albania and Jolly Tur to resolve my grievance as soon as possible and provide a fair settlement.
