Air Serbia Criticized for Dirty Seats and Stale Cabin Air on Seat 8B

I was completely dissatisfied with the cabin hygiene and refreshments on my Air Serbia flight from Niš, Serbia, to Istanbul on August 4 at 1:20 PM. There were crumbs on the seats, including my assigned seat 8B and the surrounding area, giving the overall impression that the aircraft had not been cleaned. The cabin air was also very heavy and stale, making the journey uncomfortable.

Furthermore, the refreshments offered throughout the flight consisted merely of pretzel sticks and a snack similar to baby biscuits, which fell significantly below my expectations regarding service quality. I request both an improvement in hygiene standards and a review of the refreshments in terms of variety and quality.
