It is not safe to fly on Air Arabia
My family and I were flying from Istanbul Airport to Sharjah on GP288 on Tuesday, February 7th, when we had an unfortunate incident. Despite our efforts to get assistance from the cabin crew, nothing was done to help us, and we ended up losing a significant amount of money. This was especially disappointing because Dubai is widely regarded as one of the safest cities in the world. On February 11th, while returning from Sharjah to Istanbul Airport, we observed an Asian passenger attempting to take items from our sleeping bags and enter the lavatory with them. The cabin crew, who had done nothing to prevent the situation, were taken aback. We did everything we could to ensure that what had happened to us did not happen to anyone else. It is obvious that this group is a gang. If our experience is not properly addressed and our money is not returned, I will report this to the appropriate authorities and will not hesitate to share the details of our experience with UAE Airlines. Our information was taken on the flight today, and we were promised that everything possible would be done to resolve our issue. We hope that UAE Airlines takes this matter seriously and that no other passengers suffer the same fate.
