I Bought a Flexible Air Arabia Ticket but Changing My Date Costs More Than a New Fare

I purchased a round-trip flexible ticket to Morocco with Air Arabia, expecting the flexibility to actually mean something. However, when I tried to change my return flight date, I was shocked to see that the airline was asking for ₺31,000 just to reschedule.
Even more frustrating is the fact that when I checked the same flight on the same date as a new booking, the price was only ₺9,800. How is it possible that I’m being charged over three times more to make a simple change—despite holding a flexible ticket?
I called customer service, but all I got were vague responses and no clear justification. Meanwhile, each day the ticket price keeps increasing, making this already unreasonable situation even worse. No one at Air Arabia has offered me a logical explanation for why a flexible ticket ends up being more restrictive and expensive than a new one.
Air Arabia, I demand an immediate explanation and a fair solution. This pricing policy is misleading and punishes customers who trusted your “flexible” offering. I need this resolved before I’m forced to pay an absurd amount or lose the value of my ticket altogether.
