Disappointing Service on Air Arabia Fes to Turkey Flight

I won't be using Air Arabia in the future. I went through a 4-hour and 45-minute journey from Fes to Turkey. They didn't even bother to provide any refreshments. During our 8-hour flight with Turkish Airlines, we were served both dinner and breakfast. Air Arabia is extremely frugal. Even though I am not Arab, the flight attendants insisted on speaking to me in Arabic. Is it necessary for me to communicate in Arabic? I'm not sure. I really didn't enjoy it. I have decided to no longer use them as a matter of personal dignity.
