I Flew 7 Hours on Air Arabia and Didn’t Even Get a Glass of Water
I recently flew with Air Arabia, and I’m honestly shocked by how passengers are treated—especially on long-haul flights. On May 27, 2025, I flew from Malaysia to Sharjah (Flight G9803), a journey of nearly 7 hours, and not even a single glass of water was provided. Every food and beverage item, including basic water, had to be purchased separately.
Then today, on Flight G9285 from Sharjah to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen, seated at 19F, I again witnessed the same issue: no complimentary water. This is deeply disappointing. Charging passengers high ticket prices and then refusing to provide water—one of the most basic human needs—feels exploitative and shows a serious lack of customer care.
Air Arabia, you need to reconsider your in-flight service policies, especially for longer flights. At the very least, provide water to your passengers. This level of service is not acceptable and reflects poorly on your brand. Please take immediate steps to improve the experience and show some respect for your paying customers.
