Unacceptable Air Arabia Flight!!!
Today, I will talk about my trip with Air Arabia airlines, the company's completely uninstitutional operation, and the problems it causes people to experience, as far as I have observed. Since I could not find a direct flight from Phuket to Istanbul, I bought my Phuket-Istanbul ticket with a connection to Sharjah and started my journey. When I arrived at Sharjah, which is the transfer station, I learned that the Sharjah-Istanbul flight had started, even though there was a 1-hour difference between the flight times on the ticket. Then I waited at the airport for more than 8 hours. Additionally, because my flight changed, the meal I purchased did not appear in the system and I was not served on the plane. According to the European Union (EU) Law No. 261/2004, I submitted the legal compensation that I was entitled to from the airline company to the company by submitting the necessary documents. The only answer I received was that the problem was out of their control, they apologized for this situation and they would not pay any compensation. Later, I asked them to explain legally why they did not pay my right to compensation, and the company never responded. I would like to thank them for the worst international flight experience I have ever had and inform them that I will not use Air Arabia again. I would also like to suggest that you should not use the same company, especially for your flights to South Asia and Europe.
