Air Arabia Excess Baggage Fee Unreasonably High at Sharm Airport

On my recent trip with Air Arabia, traveling from Dubai, I was charged an outrageous $800 for 40 kilograms of excess baggage. The flight departed from Sharm Airport, which was extremely small, overcrowded, and chaotic.
The excess baggage fee was exorbitant and completely disproportionate to the service provided. Additionally, the airport experience was highly stressful due to its size and lack of organization, making the situation even more frustrating.
I find this excessive charge unacceptable and believe Air Arabia should review their baggage fee policy. I am requesting a partial refund or an explanation for why such high fees are justified. I urge the company to address this issue and improve their customer service.
