On October 23, 2023, we took a flight from Tiran to Istanbul at 07:15. After we landed, we bought tickets for Esenler Terminal from Havaş while we were waiting for our luggage. Unfortunately, our luggage didn't make it to Istanbul, which resulted in us missing the Havaş shuttle. Even though we reported our lost luggage, Havaş stubbornly refused to reimburse us for the ticket costs. Here's the report on our luggage, attached for your reference. After I left the airport, about an hour and a half later, I got a call from my phone number, 02124634034. I was told that my luggage had arrived at the airport. I had to drive back to the airport, which ended up costing me around ₺500 for the round trip. Also, we didn't get the ₺408 refund from Havaş. I expect to be compensated for this situation.
