I Wait Over a Year for Air Albania to Refund My Approved Baggage Damage Claim

More than a year ago, I experienced baggage damage during my flight with Air Albania. I followed the proper process and contacted their support team via email. After several exchanges, they admitted liability and confirmed that I was entitled to compensation. However, despite their acknowledgment, I still haven’t received my refund.
Every time I follow up, I receive the same generic response: that the payment is "in queue with the finance department." This has been going on for over 12 months with zero progress. I find it unacceptable that a company operating international flights cannot resolve a simple compensation case in a reasonable timeframe.
I feel deliberately stalled and ignored. Promises to assist are made, but no action is taken. If the company has already ruled in favor of compensating me, why is my payment still pending? Air Albania must stop delaying and immediately process the refund they committed to. I’m requesting full reimbursement for the damage without any further excuses.
