Hello, With your horrible service you ruined my trip and my family time. I bought connected flights ticket through your country with your airlines first and last time in my life. I was trying do check-in online and getting my boarding passes for two days. I arrived Istanbul airport 8 hours before to stay with my mother, because she had another flight and it was only possible way to enter airport with her. You with your disinformation ruined it.
