I Paid for Nidya Hotel Room on Agoda but Was Denied Check-In
I booked a room at Nidya Hotel through Agoda for June 1 and paid 2300₺. Before booking, I received confirmation that I could check into the room. However, upon arrival, the hotel refused my entry and said I was banned. I immediately contacted Agoda to cancel my reservation and request a refund since I never stayed at the hotel. Unfortunately, Agoda neither processed a cancellation nor issued a refund. This is unfair profit from a service I never used. I demand my money back for a room I did not occupy. I trusted Agoda for my booking, and this experience is deeply disappointing. I expect Agoda to resolve this promptly and refund my payment.
