Even though my reservation from Agoda was canceled Free of charge, they did not refund me! Moreover, I can not GET in Touch with a customer service officer! Even and even, nothing about either the reservation or the cancellation was seen on my account! Everything disappeared like never happened! At least I have Evidence! I want to warn everybody not to use the Agoda website because it looks like I was scammed by them!
