Agoda.com Reservation Refund Still Not Processed
I booked a hotel in Fatih, Istanbul using Agoda. But when I attempted to contact the hotel owner to address some inquiries, they failed to respond and consistently redirected my calls to voicemail. Because of this, I decided to take advantage of the free cancellation option and book a different hotel. Even though I canceled, I still haven't received my refund. Could you please process my refund as soon as possible?
