Agoda Gave Me the Wrong Hotel Room and Refused to Fix It

I booked a sea-view room with a balcony and breakfast included at Atlantico Marina Hotel in Ponta Delgada, Azores, through Agoda for March 10-15. My payment was processed, and my reservation clearly stated the room type I selected.
However, when I arrived at the hotel for check-in on March 10, they gave me a small, windowless room facing the back, with no balcony. I immediately showed my reservation details and requested the room I had paid for, but the hotel refused and told me to contact Agoda.
I reached out to Agoda's AI assistant, but no human support was provided, and Agoda never contacted the hotel to resolve the issue. The hotel claimed that Agoda booked my room through another third-party agency, making it impossible to resolve on-site.
Now, I am stuck in a room that is completely different from what I paid for, and Agoda refuses to take responsibility. This is unacceptable! I demand a refund or a proper resolution immediately.
