I Booked Oceanview Villa at Agoda but Got a Non-View Room at SAii Phi Phi Instead

I’m furious with how Agoda handled my booking #1576645620. I specifically booked an “Oceanview Hillside Pool Villa” at SAii Phi Phi Island Village and even paid extra for the ocean view. My confirmation email from Agoda clearly states “oceanview,” and I have the receipt to prove it. But when I contacted the resort directly, they told me Agoda only booked us into a “Hillside Pool Villa”—a room with no ocean view at all.

This is completely unacceptable. Agoda misrepresented the booking and failed to deliver the room I paid for. The hotel confirmed this issue must be corrected by Agoda, but it’s been impossible to reach anyone for help. I feel scammed, and I’m tired of automated replies and no real customer service.
