Agoda Charged Me for a Hotel With Breakfast but Reservation Shows No Breakfast
I booked a hotel through Agoda that clearly stated “breakfast included” at the time of reservation. However, when I arrived at the hotel, their system showed my booking without breakfast. This is incredibly frustrating—I paid for a service I’m not receiving, and there’s no way to get proper support from Agoda. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them, but their website refuses to recognize the email address I used during booking. I can’t access my reservation or get help in any way. We paid good money for this trip and are now being humiliated over something that should have been clear and guaranteed. Agoda, fix this immediately—either provide the breakfast I paid for or issue a refund. This kind of customer treatment is unacceptable.
