I booked a one-night stay through Agoda, and the site confirmed my reservation. However, when I called the hotel to verify, they informed me the reservation was invalid because they only accept bookings for a minimum of two nights. I immediately canceled the reservation through Agoda, but they have not refunded my money. This has caused me significant frustration and inconvenience. Agoda should not confirm bookings that do not meet hotel requirements, and their refusal to issue a refund adds to my dissatisfaction.
