Agoda Canceled My Early Hotel Booking

I made an early reservation through Agoda at Saphire Resort to take advantage of lower pricing. My booking (reservation number 1455897400) was fully confirmed, and I paid ₺123,000 in advance. But out of nowhere, Agoda canceled it, claiming the hotel had “operational issues.” Now, the same hotel is listed at ₺220,000—nearly double what I originally paid.

Instead of offering a fair resolution, Agoda sent me a weak apology and said they could give me a ₺14,000 discount on a future booking—only if I decide within 48 hours. That’s not compensation; it’s a joke. I’ve suffered a ₺100,000 financial loss because they didn’t honor a confirmed booking.

All correspondence has been over email, so I have proof of everything. Agoda, fix this now and refund the price difference, or admit your early reservation offers are nothing but a scam. Customers deserve honesty and accountability—not financial damage.
