Booked Aer Lingus tickets months ago but now need to change dates, what’s the best way?

If you need to change your Aer Lingus flight dates months after booking, the easiest place to start is the “Manage Trip” section on the Aer Lingus website or app using your booking reference.

You can normally change your travel date or time up to 2 hours before departure and even change the destination within the same region if available.

Be aware that most tickets will incur a change fee plus any fare difference between your original price and the new flight’s price, and cheaper flights don’t trigger refunds if the new fare is lower.
