AEG Refrigerator Repair Stalls for Months as Technician Skips Diagnosis
Hello (peace be upon you). I use an AEG refrigerator. Last year, in the 7th month of 2024, I filed a service request three separate times, on different occasions. I live in Doğubayazıt. The AEG service provider for this region, based in Iğdır, a person named İ****** P*****, made me wait around 20 days each time I filed a service request. In the end, when I pushed back, he said he'd taken on other dealerships and didn't have time. What kind of service approach is this, where they don't take care of the customer, leave them stranded during the summer months, and say they have other things going on? Isn't our business important too? The last time I filed a service request, instead of coming to actually diagnose the appliance, he said "I already know what the problem is" and asked for a part. Ten days later, when I called and asked him to do his job, he said "Go complain to whoever you want" and told me he wasn't going to come. I dealt with this for more than two months, and when he never showed up, I gave up. I wanted to file a complaint before the warranty ran out, and I'm still in the same situation right now. The malfunction is ongoing, and I'm filing this complaint.
