AEG Refrigerator Stops Cooling, Service Repeatedly Promises Visit That Never Comes

My AEG refrigerator hasn't been cooling since August 4. I had a similar issue once before, and it was repaired by an authorized service provider for a fee. For my current problem, I've contacted the service department 3-4 times, and a case was opened under file number 5678****25. However, even though I keep being told a technician "will come," no one has been sent out to this day, and I'm still dealing with this situation.
The product isn't under warranty anymore, but since I have insurance coverage, this needs to be resolved through an authorized service provider. I live in Akbük Mahallesi, Didim, Aydın, and I bought the refrigerator in 2019. This is the second time I've run into a similar malfunction.
I'm requesting that an authorized technician be dispatched urgently and that my problem be resolved as soon as possible.
