Disappointment in Adidas Outdoor Shoes and Unsatisfactory Support

I used my 8-month-old Adidas shoes for only 3-5 hours daily, totaling a mere 150 days. Surprisingly, the shoe's lining near the ankle area, close to the stitching, started to tear easily. Even more frustrating, these were outdoor shoes, and I never used them for rugged terrain. I immediately contacted customer service with accompanying photos to explain the issue. To my disappointment, they responded within 30 minutes, claiming it was due to usage. I feel utterly disrespected as a customer; they are treating us like fools. It's a shame. Inadequate durability and dismissive customer service have left me dissatisfied with my Adidas purchase. I expected more from a reputed brand like Adidas, but their response has been disappointing.
