Adidas Shoes Deformed After Wearing 2-3 Times, Return Rejected

I bought an Adidas shoe from Trendyol. It was advertised as original and had a one-year warranty. I noticed that the front part of the shoe became deformed and sank after wearing them only 2-3 times. This problem has made me want to return the product. But when I tried to start the return process, I faced unexpected difficulties. Adidas, the seller, canceled my return request without giving a specific reason. The sudden cancellation has put me in a difficult situation because I can't deal with the problem I had with the shoe. I bought the product thinking it would be good quality, and the warranty mentioned in the advertisement made me feel more confident about its authenticity. I am disappointed and looking for a solution after discovering this problem with the product shortly after buying it.
